BUSTRONIC HIRES NORTHEAST REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

FREMONT, California, May 03, 2004- As a part of the company's growth and expansion, Bustronic has hired Wayne Douglas as the new Northeast Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Douglas has over 25 years of sales experience in the industry and will help expand the company's new East Coast office in Chelmsford, MA.

Wayne Douglas comes to Bustronic from Ray Perron Company, a manufacturer's rep firm in New England. Mr. Douglas has also worked at companies such as AMP, Molex, Signmax, and CMS and has experience with customers from a wide range of industries. In particular, Douglas' background with Mil/Aero, Industrial, Medical, and Communications companies suits Bustronic's needs. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Business Finance and Economics.
